What if there are problems?
We mean it when we say 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Even brand-new cartridges fail about 2% of the time. Our failure rate is very comparable. If you have any problems with your cartridges not working properly, PLEASE call us or bring it back in. If we cannot fix the problem, we will give you a full refund without a hassle.
How many times can I refill my cartridge?
Most cartridges can be refilled 3-5 times before the quality begins to diminish.
How and when should I bring my cartridges in?
As soon as you see that your cartridge is running low on ink, remove the cartridge and put the Cartridge Clip on Cartridge that is provided by Bedford Ink, or in a Zip Lock Bag. You do not want to run the cartridge all the way out of ink as this can cause the electronics to burn out or get air-locked. Printers with non-print head cartridges (Epson, Canon, Brother) will dry out if the printer is left without cartridges, so it is a very good idea to have a backup set to put in the printer as soon as you take one out. The sooner you can bring a cartridge in after it has run out, the better chance you’ll have of a successful refill.
What about all of my old cartridges, can they be refilled?
If a cartridge has not been working for an extended time, the chances of having a permanent clog are greatly increased. Bring it in. We will give it our very best. If we are not able to fill yours we always have on hand Cartridges that are already refilled.
How frequently should I print to ensure the longest life out of my cartridges?
You want to print one page using all colors about once a week to help keep your print-heads from drying out.
